With today’s digital world, the cost of taking 100 images costs no more than taking just 1! BUT….It’s more important for me to get the right shot and not just A shot.
In the “old” days, the cost of film was prohibitive in taking 100 photos in order to get the “right” one. With the digitial age, that cost has almost disappeared. Now the cost is incorporated in the amount of time spent to position the subject in just the right way! The balance of the cost is taken up through the post-processing of the images: downloading to a computer, enhancing or adjusting the lighting or saturation of an image, and then formulating for viewing on a website.
Because I have over 20 years of technical experience with graphics and photo imaging software, my workflow time is negligible – so, my prices do not have to bear the cost of that time! I’m able to automate much of the upfront processing which allows you to view & choose images faster than you’ll experience with others.
